You know the holiday season is here when you see that the Salvation Army is kicking off its annual Red Kettle Campaign in Texarkana.

It's hard to believe that some children might wake up Christmas morning with nothing, no stocking from Santa and no presents open. With the help of the Salvation Army's program that won't happen. and you have the chance to make a difference in a child's life.

Time is running out with only one week left  The Salvation Army still has a few “forgotten angels” yet to be adopted. The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program in Texarkana provides toys and Christmas gifts for more than 800 children each year and your help is needed to make this goal and make sure all the children in our area have a wonderful Christmas.
