We have just learned that the second victim in this shooting that occurred Sunday has died as a result of his injuries. The man has been identified as Gordan Ray Walls, a white male, 60 years old of Texarkana, TX. An additional charge of Murder has now been added to the already filed charges against Thomas Wayne Lawson Sr. No bond has been set on this additional charge as of yet.
