Now 1 in 4 People Has a Tattoo, Are They Still Rebellious? [POLL]

A new survey shows that now 1 in 4 people has a tattoo. Wow! Tattoos used to be a sign of rebellion. Not so much anymore.So, now the question should be: Is it more rebellious to NOT have a tattoo? If so then I'm a BIG Rebel! I don't have any tattoos. In fact, I've never had the urge to get one. They are just a little too permanent for me. But, as a kid I did love those temporary tattoos that I'd get in a box of Cracker Jacks! Does that count?
