Miller County Escapees Now Back Behind Bars

Those two murder suspects who broke out of the Miller County Jail on Memorial Day are now back behind bars.Authorities apprehended the two at a home on the Arkansas side of town yesterday evening without incident.

Kortez Hooper and Quincy Stewart used a hacksaw type blade to saw through the bars at the jail on Monday morning.

A second person has been arrested in connection with aiding the suspects escape. Texarkana Texas Police say that 33 year old Edward Dailey was arrested and charged with furnishing implements for escape and furnishing prohibited articles. Dailey is Stewarts brother. Stewarts mother was arrested earlier this week and faces the same type charges.
