"Local Bands, Local Brews, Local Bites" is an event that celebrates our downtown and everything it has to offer.

On Thursday you can experience the local brews, the local bites, and a great local band. The event begins at 7 pm and is a two-hour event that will go on until 9 pm in front of the historic Perot Theatre in the Texarkana entertainment district.

This awesome event will feature "Dave Howe And The Howlers" band. If you have never heard of them here are a couple of great recent performances by the band.

Please make sure to bring your lawn chairs to be able to enjoy this great outdoor concert. The Forecast for Thursday night is looking great with temperatures expected to be in the lower 70s.  Pecan Point Gastropub and Brewery is open Tuesday through Friday 5 until 9 pm. Friday and Saturday 11 am until 10 pm. Pecan Point Gastropub and Brewery is located at 213 Main Street next to the historic Perot Theater in Texarkana.
