The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week will celebrate the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's class of 2014 by featuring some of the new honorees and one veteran Hall member who is performing at this year's induction ceremony.
On Monday, Hall & Oates singer John Oates will sit in with Fallon's house band The Roots, while Yusuf aka Cat Stevens will perform alongside the versatile group the following night.
On Wednesday, surviving Nirvana members Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl will be appear on the show, although it isn't clear whether they'll perform. That night's musical guest will be Stevie Nicks, who also will be backed by The Roots. Nicks is one of several well-known singers who'll take part in a musical tribute to new Rock Hall inductee Linda Ronstadt at this year's ceremony.
To close out Rock Hall-themed week, the members of KISS will don their seven-inch heels to rock The Tonight Show's stage on Friday.
Incidentally, Roots band leader and drummer Questlove is scheduled to induct Hall & Oates at this year's ceremony, which is scheduled to take place Thursday, April 10, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
