El Paso Kids Stun Judges in 2026 “I Voted” Sticker Contest
El Paso is officially bursting with talent, and the proof is in this year’s 2025 Sticker Design Contest winners announced by the El Paso County Elections Department.
This year brought in a record-breaking 162 submissions from local students, blowing the last midterm cycle out of the water. From tiny future voters to high school artists, the creativity was next-level.
As one of this year’s judges, I can confirm: this was no easy task. Sitting on the panel with other amazing community leaders, we all agreed choosing winners felt impossible because every submission was genuinely impressive. El Paso’s young artists? They’re not just talented. They’re unstoppable.

The “I Voted” category Top 3:
• 1st Place: Novalie Leone Fortenbery, Eastwood High School
• 2nd Place: Sofia Alexa Garcia, Horizon High School
• 3rd Place: Jamilet Margarita Garcia, Mountain View High School
And in the “Future Voter” category Top 3:
• 1st Place: Sophia Salas, Coach Wally Hartley PK-8
• 2nd Place: Zoe Tarango, Alicia R. Chacon International
• 3rd Place: Francella Belen Marin, Lamar Elementary

A special celebration for the winning designs
The winning stickers will officially make their debut during the 2026 election season and all winners will be honored by Commissioners Court on December 8, 2025. And if this contest proved anything, it’s that civic pride plus creativity equals El Paso magic.
