El Paso Unites to Remember Walmart Shooting Victims
It’s been six years since August 3, 2019. A day that many will remember as the darkest day in El Paso’s history. On that day, a racially motivated mass shooting at the Cielo Vista Walmart took the lives of 23 innocent people and wounded more than 20 others. But even in the face of hate, El Paso showed the world what resilience looks like.
This year, El Paso County and the El Paso United Family Resiliency Center are inviting the community to come together again to remember, honor, and heal.
