Time for a little celebration, if you're a fan of the waffle that is, because Thursday, August 24 is National Waffle Day... let's see where the best waffle deals are around the Ark-La-Tex.
What's your favorite, Waffles or Pancakes? If it's waffles we have great news, This Thursday, August 24 is National Waffle Day, and that means some places will have deals on waffle consumption. If your favorite is pancakes, we have good news for you too, at least one place that we know of that specializes in pancakes, has a deal as well.
No matter where your waffles come from, an Eggo box, a restaurant, or those you make with the complimentary breakfast at your hotel, waffles are almost always pretty great.
Let's Start With The Obvious:
Waffle House
Waffle House has something called the Regulars Club, are you a member? If you are then you should receive an email with a coupon you can print and take to participating restaurants to redeem for a free waffle with one topping. Not a member yet, maybe you should be.
Comfort Hotels
Today.com is reporting that Comfort Hotels all over the country are inviting community service groups like teachers, first responders, and volunteers, to stop in for a free hot breakfast including some delicious waffles as their way of saying thank you.
IHOP
We know, it's not the International House of Waffles... but we promised a deal on Pancakes too, so here it is. IHOP is currently celebrating its 65th anniversary, now through August 27, you can get all-you-can-eat pancakes for $5.
