45 Bowie County Arrests Last Week – Your 10/21 Sheriff’s Report
Ok, now October is just getting creepy, but in a good way I guess as arrests continue to drop for Bowie County. For the 3rd week of October, Bowie County Sheriff Jeff Neal is reporting that there were only 45 total persons arrested in the county last week. Bowie County deputies brought in 11 of those, while another 34 were turned over by other law enforcement agencies to BCSO. That's the lowest weekly number I can remember in a long time. No one is complaining mind you, we hope this is a trend that keeps getting better. It makes for a shorter bathroom read, but we'll take it.
This report is from the Bowie County Sheriff's Office, prepared weekly by Bowie County Chief Deputy Robby McCarver. The report covers BCSO activity from Oct 14 - 20, if you missed a previous report, go here.
