Wadley Regional Medical Center is having a Free Wound Screening Clinic. Wounds that don't heal have a better chance at getting infected and that's never a good thing. The free clinic will take place on Thursday, November 11.

According to a press release;

For those who have wounds that are not healing, the Wadley Wound Care and Hyperbaric unit is offering this opportunity to have their wound looked at and given guidance on treatment.

This free clinic will take place from 4 PM -6 PM at the Day Surgery area of Wadley Regional Medical Center in downtown Texarkana. Patients will need to enter on the corner of Olive and 9th Street. You can make an appointment by calling (844) 859-1338 or make your appointment online at wadleyhealth.org/events. Walk-ins will also be accepted.

The Wadley Scan will also be available at this time. This is a quick scan that checks for your risk of heart disease and stroke. You will be able to get the scan at this time for a  discounted price of $45, but an appointment must be scheduled. Call (903) 798-8874 to make your appointment. The Wadley Scan only takes 15 minutes.
