This week's featured felon from the Texarkana Texas Police Department is Premium Clark, accused of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 14 Years of Age.

This week’s Felony Friday features Premium Clark and is going to be more somber than most. You see, he’s wanted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child under 14 years old. Detective Tabitha Smith has been trying to track him down all week, but he keeps refusing to make contact with her at all. However, we'll just say this... There ain’t no mountain high enough or valley low enough that gonna keep us from getting to him now. With the help of all you guys in the Felony Friday family, we are gonna be sure that his days of running and hiding are cut short. We need to find him ASAP.
