Do You Agree with Constitutional Carry or Should Permits Be Required? [POLL]

We posted earlier about Arkansas becoming the fifth U.S. State to allow Constitutional Carry. Do you think it's a good idea, or would you rather training and permits be required?

Constitutional Carry means that the state has no laws to limit you from carrying a firearm, either concealed or out in the open like the old west days. Most states require training and a permit to carry a firearm.
