Creepy Newsweek Cover With Princess Diana And Kate Middleton

Yikes! Now this is creepy! Newsweek's July 4 issue will have a picture with Katie Middleton walking with Princess Diana!

They photo shopped Diana and made her look older. She would be 50 this Friday. So, do you think this is tacky, in bad taste or just plain creepy?
