Change in Fair Parade Route Downtown Texarkana Saturday

It's almost fair time! The Four States Fair Parade is this Saturday, September 14 morning in downtown Texarkana. Get ready for floats, marching bands and music.

The parade will start at 10AM. This year's parade route will be a little different. Be sure to look at the map so you know where to go to see the parade.

The Four States Fair Parade's route has been changed for safety concerns due to the Regency House building and the collapse of its roof a couple of months ago.

According to their Facebook page the route is as follows:

The parade will begin at 10 a.m. going west on Broad St. at the corner of Laurel & Broad. The route will take a left onto Front Street, a right onto Olive St., and then right on State Live Ave. until it reaches the United States Post Office and Courthouse!
