The Broken Bow Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for their Junior Chamber Leadership Program. The program is open to area high school students.

Applications can be picked up at the Broken Bow Chamber office or at the Broken Bow High School Counselors office. Deadline to apply is August 22, 2019.

According to the Press Release, the purpose of the Broken Bow Junior Chamber Leadership Program is to provide opportunities for community-based education and leadership development to high school students in the area. One of the main goals of this program is to teach students how to give back to the community in which they live through volunteering and doing service projects to help others. This leadership program strives to produce capable student leaders who are equipped with the education and experiences necessary to become productive citizens of their communities.
