Brazilian Police Stop Plane by Ramming it With Their Car [Video]

I've always heard that you "don't mess with Texas", but you better not jack around in Brazil either.  Just outside of Rio, a group of men were trying to smuggle a little more than $100,000 in electronics out of the country in a small plane. So, the cops crashed into the plane.
