Balloon Dayz in Russellville, Arkansas July 3-5

Up, Up, and Away! No, it's not Superman but Balloon Dayz in Russellville, Ark., this Fourth of July weekend July 3-5.

If you've always wanted to ride a hot air balloon, this weekend flights are available on a limited basis. Reservations are required and must be made in advance. The cost is $250 per person with a $50 deposit to hold your spot.

• Flights are available for Friday morning, July 3, 2020
• Friday evening, July 3
• Saturday morning, July 4  SOLD OUT
• Saturday evening, July 4
• Sunday morning, July 5
• Morning Flights meet at 6:15 a.m.
• Evening Flights meet at 5:00 p.m.

In addition, Balloons Dayz in Russellville features the return of pilot Blair Kaufman, originally from Albuquerque, NM now from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Blair flies the patriotic balloon named Stars and Stripes. Look for his balloon flying over Russellville all weekend.

Balloon Dayz will be held at the Russellville Soccer Complex with 20 hot air balloons, helicopter rides, powered parachute flights, vendors, and live entertainment.

Helicopter Rides are available Friday, July 3 from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reservations required.

Free Admission, Free Parking! Balloon Dayz in Russellville, 901 Lock and Dam Road. Russellville is a little over 3 hours from Texarkana.
