A Marine’s Christmas Song [Video]

Meet Master Sgt. Robert Allen, a 15 year veteran of United States Marine, who like so many other men and women will be away from family and friends this Christmas. He is currently deployed to Afghanistan, and wrote this touching song about missing his wife back in Oklahoma.

Allen’s wife Carla said she cries every time she hears the song, and you just might tear up a little bit too, especially if you are missing someone serving away from home this holiday season.

Master Sgt. Allen said,

I hope “A Marine’s Christmas Song” will help people understand that though we’re willing to do it, it’s still heartbreaking.”
