Here’s 9 Texarkana Restaurants Perfect For Valentine’s Day Weekend
Valentine's Day is less than a month away. As with everything else over the past year it will look a little different. But that doesn't necessarily mean bad. And with Valentine's Day being on Sunday this year, you might want to celebrate a little early.
On Saturday the 14th, Restaurants will easily fill to their lower capacities and that's okay. Is there really anything wrong with staying at home? Better yet, you can still eat from your favorite restaurant just do take-out instead. You'll still be supporting our local restaurants and be safe at the same time. Just don't forget to still tip! The servers at these places still need to make money and they rely on tips to do that, so please tip and tip generously!
Some of my favorite places to go to or get take out are below, but for Valentine's Day Weekend you'll need to go on Saturday because these will be closed on Sunday, Feb. 14th:
Cattleman's Steakhouse Great steaks and a quiet atmosphere and it was inducted into the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame a couple of years ago.
Pop's Place - Great Steaks and Seafood plus a unique atmosphere.
Silver Star Smokehouse and Saloon - Great BBQ and steaks
Twisted Fork - Texas and Southwestern cuisine. They are taking reservations now for Friday, February 12 and Saturday, February 13.
Chappos Pizza & Pasta - Great Italian food and you can bring your own bottle of wine.
Julie's Deli & Market - For Lunch Saturday with Crab Cake Benedict
If you are doing take out Saturday night it's easy to set the stage for Valentine's dinner. Just grab some fresh beautiful flowers and a candle for the table, put some soft music on in the background and throw in a bottle of wine or two and your ready for the perfect romantic dinner with food from your favorite restaurant!
If you are still wanting to celebrate Valentine's Day on Valentine's Day there are a few restaurants that will, of course, be open all weekend but they will also be open on Sunday, February 14!
