5 Most Haunted Places in Texarkana
1. The Bowie County Health Clinic - 12th and Spruce Streets in Texarkana Texas.
Reports of hearing children playing and laughing in the hallways of the old school building, employees in the clinic report many strange happenings and sounds. During an investigation of the place the Paraseekers caught an EVP of a male voice forcefully saying "Do not touch it again!" MAP
2. Union Station - Front Street in Downtown Texarkana.
Quite a few spooky stories go with this building. Railroad workers, railroad officials and members of local law enforcement talk of seeing the image of a headless woman in a blue dress on the platform. Reports of an image of a man cut in half by a train that is believed to be the spirit of Will Driver killed in 1907, and the spirit of Ed Coy that was burned alive next to the tracks is said to still walk Front Street near Union Station. 3. Hotel Grim - Stateline Avenue and 3rd Street in Downtown Texarkana.
A Clairvoyant that participated in the Haunted Texarkana Ghost Walks says that the spirit of a serial rapist resides in the old hotel, a separate investigation done by the paraseekers picked up many EVP's in the Hotel, including the word rape multiple times, and the term "Rape You" once. An EVP of what is believed to be an opera singer was also captured. Visitors inside the building report of having hair pulled and being pinched. MAP
4. Rosehill Cemetary - South Lelia Street Texarkana Texas
A very spooky place, especially after dark. The remains from the Paragon Saloon Tragedy are buried just inside the entrance of the cemetery. EVP's of what sounds like a large group of people have been captured and multiple EMF's from around the burial site. MAP
5. Municipal Auditorium - Corner of Walnut and 3rd Streets Texarkana Arkansas.
Recently investigated by a Para-research team from New Orleans, EVP's were captured including "Tickets Please" and "You are so cheap". There will be a more in depth investigation soon as there is something dark in the old City Jail. MAP
