The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department is searching for a missing juvenile reported as a runaway. Authorities describe 14 year old Corona Cole McNeal as a white male 5' 7" tall around 120 pounds. Bowie County Commissioners have named Denise Thornburg to replace Natalie Nichols on an interim basis as County Clerk. Nichols resigned December 31st in a
dispute with the Commissioners Court. Thornburg who previously worked in the
clerk’s office will oversee the department this year and an election will be
held to pick a new clerk later this year
