Rib Eating Contest to Help Fallen Officer Scholarship Fund

It's going to be good eating and a little fun to help a good cause.The Texas Roadhouse Restaurant is playing host to a rib eating relay contest. Texarkana Texas Police officers and Texas side Firefighters will be competing at the restaurant this evening, Monday June 30th at 5:30 p..m.

The public is invited to come out and cheer them on. The Roadhouse will donate 10% of proceeds to the Officer William Jason Sprague Scholarship. Officer Sprague was killed in the line of duty last year.
