The Stevie Nicks documentary In Your Dreams will be released on DVD on December 3.  The film focuses on the writing and recording of Nicks' 2011 album of the same name, on which she collaborated with producer/Eurythmics guitarist Dave Stewart.

Much of the movie revolves around the circus-like atmosphere at Stevie's mansion in Los Angeles.  In addition to footage of the recording and writing sessions, viewers see Nicks, Stewart and a revolving cast of other musicians and friends enjoying dinner parties, costume parties and more.  The documentary features appearances by Stevie's Fleetwood Mac band mates Mick Fleetwood and Lindsey Buckingham, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers members Mike Campbell and Steve Ferrone and actress Reese Witherspoon.

The DVD is available for pre-order now at StevieNicks.WarnerReprise.com.  Deluxe, limited-edition autographed copies of the DVD initially also were being offered that included a high-quality print of a handwritten letter by Nicks and high-resolution digital photos taken with Stevie's own camera, but those packages already have sold out.

In celebration of the DVD's release, Nicks will be signing copies of the disc at the Barnes & Noble store located at L.A.'s The Grove at Farmers Market on December 4 at 7 p.m. PT.

Meanwhile, Fleetwood Mac may have canceled its planned 2013 tour dates in Australia and New Zealand after bassist John McVie's cancer diagnosis, but the band still has one more concert on its itinerary.  The group is scheduled to ring in the New Year with a December 30 show at Las Vegas' MGM Grand Arena.
