The 27th Annual UofA Hope-Texarkana Community Fish Fry Oct. 23
It's almost that time! Time for 27th Annual Community Fish Fry at the University of Arkansas at Hope. It all takes place on Friday, October 23, from 4:30PM -7:00 p.m. This year it will be corona style with drive-through only.
The drive-through area will be at the main entrance to the Hope campus by the electronic sign. The cost is $10.00 per plate, and all proceeds will benefit the UAHT Foundation. Carry-out trays do not include a drink.
The delivery might be changed but not the fish, as it's always delicious fried catfish and Tyson chicken cooked by the Hope Lions Club. Tickets are for sale now at the UAHT Foundation Office located on the Hope campus.
“The fish fry will look a little different this year, but I know the generous support shown by our community at the yearly event will continue,” said Anna Powell, Executive Director of the UAHT Foundation. “This event provides funding and scholarships for students who may not otherwise be able to afford a college education. Please join us again this year to enjoy good food and help create a better future for our students and community.”
