Texarkana Texas Police Need Help Finding Annaliesa Casteel

Sometimes the temptations of expense accounts and company credit cards can be too much for people and they cross that moral line, others just stomp the crap out of it. Texarkana Texas Police are searching for a woman that allegedly took way too much advantage of a company fuel perk.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is currently looking for Annaliesa Casteel with a felony warrant for Credit Card Abuse.

According to the story posted on the TTPD Facebook Page today, Casteel, while working for a local landscaping company last year, managed to obtain a company fuel credit card. Then Casteel used and allegedly abused that card to purchase almost $2,500 in fuel at several gas stations just in Texarkana, Texas. According to the report she also charged over $3,700 in at least ten other cities around the states of Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

TTPD Detective Warren Smith has been working the case with the business owner to identify and document all the fraudulent charges and occasions that have occurred over a period of about four months using video surveillance at the gas stations. The detective noticed in many of the videos that Casteel not only purchased gas for herself but also bought gas for more than one vehicle at the same time. Detective Smith believes that she was most likely being paid cash from these other people for using the victim's credit card to buy gas for their cars.

Detective Smith said he briefly talked to Casteel on the phone back in December to try to schedule an interview with her. However, she quickly hung up when she realized why he was calling - and he's not heard a word from her since.
