A list of the top 25 most dangerous work zones in the United States of America has 12 Texas counties on it. With drivers from all over the country and from Mexico, all having learned different methods and laws, I fully expected to see El Paso on the list.

You've all seen it while driving through road work zones, motorists not slowing down or driving reckless or distracted putting road workers at risk and the drivers around them. Well, that's about to change in a new work zone campaign, Slow Down, Phone Down with state law enforcement officials.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is warning drivers if they see a barricade across a closed road do not get out of their car to move it so they can continue down the road.
