We Teach Texas Leadership Fellow Scholarship

Amy Giles is Texas A&M University-Texarkana’s selection for the first-ever We Teach Texas Leadership Fellow Scholarship. Giles, an art teacher at Queen City High School, received her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from A&M-Texarkana in 2015.

Texas A&M University-Texarkana will be offering the We Teach Texas Leadership Fellow Scholarship to a local teacher who is starting the principal program at A&M-Texarkana this fall. Scholarship funding will pay tuition, books and certification testing up to approximately $11,500.
