The potential for severe Buffalo Gnat, also known as Black Fly, outbreak along Sulfur River/Texarkana Area is there again this year. we recieved this Press Release from Jennifer Caraway, who is the University of Arkansas Miller County Extension Agent. According to the release, these gnats aren't just a nuisance, they can be deadly for some domesticated animals and wildlife as well.
