This morning, Wednesday, May 26,  if you are traveling on I-30 in the Texarkana area you can expect delays as the Department of Public Safety and the Texarkana Texas Police are investigating and working a single-vehicle fatality crash involving an 18 wheeler on westbound Interstate 30 near the Texas rest area.

Due to some very unfortunate happenings here in Texarkana, the Texas-side police had to issue a very somber warning to anyone taking illegal drugs purchased recently, they might just kill you.

Judging from the comments already on their Facebook Page, Texarkana Police shouldn't have too much trouble finding these two women wanted for stealing and using another woman's credit card, details are below.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened around 11:30 AM Tuesday near Oaklawn Village. They have now issued a warrant for Marques Jujuan Thompson, 20, of Texarkana, Texas in connection with this murder. Thompson is considered armed and dangerous.

Texarkana Texas Police are reporting that a Texarkana, Texas man is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in the 1700 block of Summerhill Road about 9:30 on Tuesday night.

Texarkana Texas Police are reporting that Alana Coleman, 38, was arrested late last week by U.S. Marshals in Mexico for Capital Murder.  She was wanted for the 2012 murder of Donald Ray Morris in Texarkana.  Following her arrest, Coleman was transported to Texarkana and booked into the Bi-State Jail overnight.

TTPD is investigating a crash in which a 51-year-old Texarkana Texas man was struck by a vehicle while riding a motorized bicycle in the 3800 block of Magnolia Street on Sunday afternoon. The driver of the vehicle then fled the scene without stopping.
