Next week is Texas Public Schools Week and the Texarkana Independent School District has some great events planned to celebrate and the celebration will be held throughout the week and at all of their elementary campuses.

Morriss Elementary School in Texarkana as it has achieved a distinguished ranking in math and engineering. The elementary school has earned one of the top spots among more than 105,000 schools nationwide
