UPDATE 6:30 P.M. EST: Officials have confirmed that the woman who led police on a car chase from the White House toward the Capitol was indeed killed at the scene. Her name has not yet been released.

Three people are dead and four others injured today after a mass shooting at a spa in Brookfield, Wis., a suburb of Milwaukee. The man police suspect in the shooting has also been found dead, according to a county dispatcher in Wisconsin.

Whenever there is a tragic mass shooting like the one in Aurora, you always hear all of the details about the killer... that makes me sick!  I would rather see the focus on the victims, and the killer to die nameless.

Details about the victims of the mass shooting in a Colorado movie theater have been scant thus far, but the name of one woman killed in the attack has now been made public — and the details of the days leading up to her death are downright eerie.

We’re now getting our first look at James Holmes, the alleged shooter in that horrific massacre in a Colorado movie theater early Friday.

President Barack Obama was scheduled to speak this morning at a campaign stop in Fort Myers, Florida. Instead of speaking about his upcoming re-election campaign, he instead delivered a speech on the ‘Dark Knight Rises’ shooting in Aurora, Colorado.
