That's not just any ol' sea of cowboy hats, those are the Resistol brand hats of the Texas Department of Public Safety State Troopers and the largest graduating class in the history of the DPS. Addressing our fine new Troopers is Texas Governor Greg Abbott congratulating the graduating members of the DPS A-2021 class and thanked them for their service to the Lone Star State.
