Halloween events

As the sun sets on Halloween, the Perot Theatre will come alive with the iconic 'Rocky Horror Picture Show'—costumes, laughter, and a dash of mischief await.

This weekend there are more than just a few events going on and the weather will be great for it all. From car racing to garage sale shopping to benefits, festivals, haunted houses and spooky trails there is something for everyone.

With the temperatures cooling off over the weekend, I couldn't help but start thinking about those wonderful fall festivals. Then I realized it's time to get ready for a great one in east Texas a short drive from Texarkana that will be opening up soon.

Halloween is Monday and Texas A&M Texarkana's popular Halloween Truck or Treat is back. Something new to check out is the Haunted Trails for a spooky fun time.
