Two very important bills were signed into law on Wednesday by Texas Gov. Greg Abbot in allowing Texans to carry handguns without a permit.

It is now legal to openly carry a handgun in the state of Oklahoma.  The law went in effect today, and adds Oklahoma to a list of 43 other states that allow some form of "Open Carry".
