Once upon a time in a small town in Texas, there was a magical wonderland called Santa Land Texas. And it's still there today.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Finney's Christmas Wonderland in Crossett, Ark., a 2 hour and 30 minute drive from Texarkana. This magical Christmas Wonderland designed by Sam Finney was the 2015 winner of "The Great Christmas Light Fight"  on ABC-TV where contestants all across America compete to win $50,000 by showcasing their elaborate light displays.

Over the Thanksgiving weekend we had the chance to show off a little Texas tradition to some family members from Maine. We loaded up the vehicle and headed to Marshall, Texas for their Annual Wonderland of Lights.

Since I was little I loved looking at Christmas lights, and still do. This is one of the neatest in Texas. Just north of Tyler, you will find "Santa Land".

Christmas is coming and the decorations are going up, but this family now has a new world record for the MOST Christmas lights ever.

This year there will be no Christmas lights illuminating the Bowie County Courthouse in New Boston, Texas. Who's fault is it... it depends on who you ask?

It happens often, one neighbor puts up a light display to express his feelings of peace and joy of the season, then a neighbor puts up a bigger, better display...
