The State Fair of Louisiana will once again be the host of the Louisiana Rodeo Cowboys Association (LRCA) Finals that will take place during the 2018 State Fair. The finals will be held Thursday, November 1 through Saturday, November 3 in the Hirsch Coliseum. The doors will open at 6 PM CT nightly, with the Rodeo starting at 7 PM CT.

The first Saturday in November in Cass County means it's time once again for the Cullen Baker Country Fair in Bloomburg, TX.

I-49 has been open for several years now and it has really made the trip from Texarkana to Shreveport/Bossier City much faster, but Did You Know the much-anticipated flyovers from I-49 connecting to I-220 are now open as well?

The Taste of Texarkana, a wonderful chance for the community to come out to the Four States Fairgrounds and participate in a fantastic event, partake in delicious food, desserts and beverages, all benefitting a tremendous charity, Harvest Regional Food Bank. The ATB auto show came to Texarkana earlier this year and apparently they had a great time cause they're back thisn Sunday, October 21. ATB stands for All Team Bash, and is quite possibly the biggest Car Club show the Ark-La-Tex has ever seen.

You read that right, the "East Texas Yamboree!" Touted as one of the most well-attended festivals in the Great State of Texas, you might want to take this weekend and find out more about it, if you like yams that is.
