SHOCKING: Fan-shot Video of Daytona Speedway Crash [VIDEO]

Here is some unbelievable video shot by a fan at Daytona Speedway. It's a miracle that more people weren't injured. When you watch it, you will be shocked.

At last report, 28 spectators were injured, 14 were being treated in area hospitals, 2 in critical condition. Watching this video, it seems impossible that those numbers aren't a LOT higher.
