Police Respond to Stabbing in Progress on Kennedy Lane

Texarkana Texas Police responded to a call of a stabbing in progress at an apartment complex in the 2600 block of Kennedy Lane, Monday afternoon.

From the TTPD press release...

Texarkana, Texas Police were dispatched to a stabbing in progress call on April 21, 2014 at approximately 3:09pm in the 2600 block of Kennedy Lane. 

Officers were dispatched to the local apartment complex due to a disturbance call where Keith Williams, 31, of Texarkana, Texas was stabbed in the torso with a knife by Dale Alexander, 53, of New Boston, Texas.  Williams was transported to Wadley Hospital with a nonlife threatening wound.  Alexander was arrested for Aggravated Assault and transported to the Bi-State Justice Building.
