A local woman came home to find three men burglarizing her home. She heard the men inside and saw they had blocked the doggy door to keep the dog outside. The suspects ran and the search was caught on video!

Officers with the Bowie County Sheriffs Department, and Texarkana Texas Police Department responded to the call, and began to search for the suspects in the neighborhood near North Park and Summerhill Roads. All three suspects were apprehended after almost an hour of searching for them. This video was shot by one of the nearby neighbors, as one of the suspects tried to escape police through this man's backyard.

Texarkana, Texas Police were dispatched to a Burglary in progress call on March 21, 2014 at approximately 11:00am in the 6600 block of North Park Road.  Three black males broke into a residence in the 6600 block of North Park Road.  The homeowner was on scene.  When officers arrived the three males fled on foot.  Officers captured one of the suspects, Lawrence Hubbard, 40, of Houston Texas after a brief foot pursuit.  Officers stayed on scene looking for the other two suspects.  While looking for the suspects, officers were advised by a resident in the 7000 block of North Park Road that someone was burglarizing her house.  Officers then observed the other two suspects fleeing in the 6900 block of N. Park Road.  After another foot pursuit officers located and arrested the other two suspects in a woody patch near North Park Road.  The other two suspects were identified as Willie Powell, 34, of Houston, Texas, and Lamarcus Lavigne, 25, of Houston, Texas.  All three suspects were arrested for Burglary of a Habitation and Evading Arrest on foot.  The case is still under further investigation.
