New Study, Guys Night Out Twice a Week is Healthy [POLL]
Alright guys, this is what you've been waiting for! A new study is out that gives you a big ol' kitchen pass to hang out and drink with your friends.
Yes, hangin' with the guys twice a week is good for you.
Professor Robin Dunbar of Oxford University claims in a report that while ‘talking with mates’ on a daily basis is valuable, to experience the real benefits of friendship men must meet up in person twice a week with four friends and ‘do stuff’.
Supposedly, the study shows that men that meet up with their friends twice a week are healthier, happier, more generous and get sick less often. Hmm, is it a coincidence that this study was done by a man? Oh, yeah, and no word on if the same is true for women. Hmm....
