Taking the lead on a restart with 40 laps to go, Kasey Kahne got a win in the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway. He held off Kyle Busch, and Brad Keselowski to win in his 19th attempt at the track.

Explaining why this is such an important win for the team, Kahne told FoxSports in Victory Lane,

It's a really big accomplishment to win here. This is a tough place. It's been a tough track for me at times, and just for this whole team to step up and do it together.


It was reminiscent of old school short-track racing with a race related incident between former teammates Denny Hamlin and Joey Logano, with some heated words between the two drivers in the garage area after the race.

Next week it is road racing with the Auto Club 500 at Auto Club Speedway in California. Race coverage will be on Fox at 1:30 p.m. Sunday March 24.
