There's quite a bit of news emerging from the world of Journey.  Today, the band is releasing a high-quality vinyl LP version of its latest studio effort, Eclipse.  The limited-edition, two-disc collection is packaged in a gatefold sleeve and features the album's 12 tracks spread across four sides of vinyl.

Eclipse originally hit stores in the U.S. on May 24, 2011, and was available exclusively on CD at Walmart outlets. The LP can be purchased at many physical and online music sellers.

In other news, Journey has been forced to cancel its recently announced March 23 concert in Yigo, Guam, because of "unforeseen production issues."  The band has never played a show in Guam.

Lastly, Journey bassist Ross Valory will host the launch of his own line of "animated" clothing items, MouthMan, at a January 31 event at the Razzoo bar on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.  The bash, which kicks off at 9:30 p.m. CT, also will feature appearances by other members of Journey and some pro football stars.  Various prizes will be given away during the event.

Valory teamed up with ex-Journey/Tubes drummer Prairie Prince to create the MouthMan line, which offers uniquely designed long-sleeve shirts that feature various characters whose mouths come alive when you move your arms in a certain way.
