There are so many kids working hard this summer wanting to grow up and become just like our East Texas NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes. He has become a household name but it all started years ago when he was just working to get better in Whitehouse. While I have never met Patrick myself, I love hearing from friends and family that the fame and money hasn’t changed who he is. He is still that kind and hard-working guy he was growing up in East Texas.
Mahomes Excelled in Multiple Sports at Whitehouse
Patrick has always been great at sports, but like so many athletes early on in his athletic career it wasn’t just about football, he played multiple sports from a young age. It also helped that both of his parents were great athletes too. But before he was winning multiple Super Bowls for the Kansas City Chiefs, he was playing baseball, basketball, and football for the Whitehouse Wildcats.
