A sad reminder was issued by the Miller County Sheriff's Office this afternoon of places within the county you should be aware of to NOT take your children trick-or-treating in the Texarkana, Fouke, and surrounding areas.

Sheriff Wayne Easley issued the warning for these locations of level 3 and level 4 offenders, not the names, just the locations. We suggest you take a look at the following addresses and map out your trick-or-treat route for your kids accordingly.

What Those Offenders Cannot Do

Level 3 and 4 Registered Offenders are not allowed to participate in Halloween activities, which include:

  • Distribution of Candy
  • Halloween Decorating
  • Attending functions where children will be present
  • Having contact with children
