Police Officer

This includes academic and practical instruction in criminal law, criminal procedure, traffic law, case law, rules of evidence; investigative techniques; patrol and traffic procedures and more. Public Safety Dispatcher
As a Public Safety Dispatcher, you'll handle dispatch duties for the Texarkana Texas Police and Fire Departments, the Texarkana, Arkansas Police and Fire Departments, and the Bowie County Sheriff’s Office, among others. You'll also assist in delivering both emergency and non-emergency services to the public. Animal Control Officer
In this role, you must follow city ordinances and state laws to regulate animal care and control. That includes dealing with diseases, strays, and aggressive animals. You'll be capturing, impounding, relocating, and sometimes disposing of animals. Plus, you'll investigate animal complaints and issue citations for any violations of state laws or city ordinances.
