Surf’s Up and Hang at Hot New Texas Attraction

Summer will be here before you know it and if you are planning a trip to South Padre Island, Texas this has to be mind-blowing. Driving a car in the ocean?

Well, let me be honest, not really, but this has to be one of the craziest things I've seen. It's a watercraft called a Jetcar that looks just like the real thing. The company that owns these cars SPI Exotic Jetcars is taking the U.S. beaches by storm and blowing people's minds when they look out into the ocean and see what looks like someone driving on the water. South Padre Island is a hot spot for these cars and will be the hottest attraction this summer.

These exotic cars can be rented and are powered by a high-output jet ski engine that will take sunseekers and thrill-seekers for the ride of their life across the water like a jet ski from 0-60 in 5. As required by Texas law all riders must wear a life jacket, have a valid driver's license, be 21 or older, and have a Texas Boater's Education Certificate. All riders must also fill out a waiver before being allowed to drive the Jetcar.

This just might be the hottest attraction to hit South Padre Island this spring and summer.
