Mark Chesnutt Coming to Texarkana for Destination Downtown
Country music legend Mark Chesnutt will headline the 9th Annual Destination Downtown in Texarkana on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
Presented by Robbins Toyota and organized by LNKTXK, Destination Downtown will bring live music, food, drinks and entertainment to the Downtown Entertainment District.
Chesnutt will perform on the Front Street Festival Plaza stage as the event’s headliner. The traditional country artist has recorded 14 No. 1 hits, 23 Top 10 singles and sold more than 12 million albums during his career.
Live Music Planned Throughout Downtown
This year’s Destination Downtown is expected to be the largest yet, with more than 10 participating venues and 10 live bands performing throughout downtown.
The event is designed to give attendees the opportunity to enjoy live music while also visiting downtown restaurants, businesses and entertainment venues.
Tickets Go on Sale in September
Tickets are expected to go on sale in early September. Organizers say the official Destination Downtown Facebook event page will be the primary source for ticket information, participating venues, entertainment schedules and other event updates.
