#5 Farmington, Ar

Farmington is just west of Fayetteville and was settled in 1828 but didn't officially become a town until 1946.  Farmington's population in 2020 was 7,665 then by 2023 it had grown to 9,529 people. That is a  7.53 % growth.

This little town used to be a stop for the trains passing through but now it's showing a big growth. 2020 population was 18,213 but with a 9027% growth, it is now at 24,059 in 2023.

Another little town in Northwest Arkansas it's home to Northwest Arkansas National Airport. in 2020 its population was 1.657 but now in 2023, it's at 2,362  that's a 12.53% growth.

#2 Austin, Ar

This little town was settled in 1872 went the railroad came through. The town was originally about a mile away but they picked just about everything up and moved to be closer to the railroad. The 'new town' was called Austin Station but the 'station' was dropped and it just went by Austin. The area of the original old town was called Old Austin. Growth on this town from 2020 to 2023 is 12.89% going from a population of 3,568 to 5133.

Tontition located in the Ozark Mountains was settled by Italians back in 1898. It's made a name for itself for its grapes and wine. They have held their Tontitown Grape Festival every year since 1898. This town saw the biggest growth between 2020 and 2023 from 4,736 to a population of 7,969 which is an incredible 18.94% growth.
