All these upgrades follow a great 2025 season that drew thousands to downtown Texarkana. Many of the events were free, city-sponsored family events organized by Winner Circle 4, including the Mardi Gras festivities, catfish festival, National Night Out, and a Fall Festival. Other great events came downtown too, like the first Picklefest and a great outdoor concert with Tracey Lawrence.
Organizers say 2026 is shaping up to be even bigger, with more live music, festivals, and family-friendly fun on the way.
According to the press release from Main Street Texarkana, city officials say,
Front Street Festival Plaza continues to be a cornerstone of community life in Texarkana. With these new enhancements and the incredible support from our partners, we’re ready to make 2026 our most dynamic festival year yet.
